In order to cultivate students’ ability to analyze problems and solve problems, the author made the following reflections and teaching processing on how the “Ant took the most recent” lesson. The subject of this teaching content is the application example of the Pythagorean theorem and its inverse theorem. The three questions of the editorial arrangement are clearly structured and have clear goals. They can not only promote students to explore and think rationally, but also create an environment for discussion and exchange with peers. Its content is related to the knowledge of “expanding and collapsing” in the “rich graphics world” and echoes before and after; its concept is original and ingenious.
