本文研究用废棉栽培平菇的技术.分别设计了不同培养料、接种量.试验了各种理化因子对产量的影响.结果表明,当加入cao(0.5—3%),尿素(0.1—0.3%),NAA,维生素C,葡萄糖等,均无明显作用.用废棉栽培平菇,只要用鲜开水浸泡,充分吸胀;层状复盖播种,塑料薄膜控调空气、湿度,就是6.6%的接种量,亦能获得150%以上的生物效率.
In this paper, we studied the technology of using waste cotton to grow Pleurotus ostreatus, and designed different culture materials and inoculation quantities.The effects of various physical and chemical factors on the yield were tested.The results showed that when adding cao (0.5-3%), urea (0.1-0.3 %), NAA, vitamin C, glucose, etc. There is no obvious effect in the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus with waste cotton, so long as it is soaked with fresh water, it is fully imbibed. Laminated cover sowing, plastic film control air and humidity is 6.6% Of inoculation, but also to obtain more than 150% of biological efficiency.
