目的:对革螨、恙螨体内HFRS病毒结构蛋白及基因进行检测。方法:采用免疫组化法和套式PCR检测。结果:革螨、恙螨体内均可检测到HFRSV结构蛋白MP、NP片段,而恙螨体内HFRSV随滴度的增高其检出强度亦增加。结论:用分子生物学方法进一步证明革螨、恙螨体内存在HFRSV。
Objective: To detect the structural proteins and genes of HFRS virus in mites and chigger mites. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and nested PCR were used. Results: The MP and NP fragments of HFRSV structural protein could be detected in leather mites and chigger mites, while the detection strength of HFRSV increased with the increase of titers. Conclusion: Further evidence of the molecular biology of leather mites, chigger mites body HFRSV.
