超声探测浅表组织时,由于近场图象不清晰。通常多采用水囊间接探测法。以往我们应用的水囊内容物曾采用蒸馏水或生理盐水,但由于声阻抗的不同往往产生水囊后部的增强效应以及组织间多次反射。为避免这些副作用的影响,我们采用水囊内装耦合剂的方法,收到良好效果。 制作方法 1。取血浆袋一个,规格长20cm,宽12cm。用生理盐水反复冲洗,排净生理盐水;2。取超声祸合剂300～100ml,用100ml注射器从血浆
