核桃(Juglans rigid.L.)为胡桃科胡桃属植物,是一种优质木本油源。新疆良种核桃,各地已引种成功。我所于1966年开始,在陕西武功地区引种八个类型的新疆核桃,也已结果多年。而在不同生态条件下栽培的核桃,出油率及其理化特性,尤其是脂肪酸的组成有何变异,尚未见系统报导。为使这一优质的木本油源树种在我国幅员广大的土地上得到优势合理的栽培,我们探讨了不同自然环境对新疆核桃的理化特性、脂肪酸组成等的影响。现将试验结果报导于下:材料与方法供试样为1977年原产区新疆和田的木马核桃和引种到武功地区的木马核桃。取样
Walnut (Juglans rigid.L.) Is a walnut genus Juglans, is a high-quality woody oil source. Xinjiang varieties walnuts, has been introduced around the success. Since the beginning of 1966, I have introduced eight types of Xinjiang walnuts in the Wugong area of Shaanxi Province and have been producing fruit for many years.
