目的：鉴于目前尚无理想的脱痴药物，作者将MEBO用于Ⅲ°焦痴了解其是否具有良好的脱痴作用。方法：将我科近2年30例住院烧伤患者用MEBO进行Ⅲ度焦痴脱痴，观察脱痴过程、脱痴后肉穿组织的植皮存活率、全身情况、疼痛、血象和肝肾功能的改变等指标。结果：所有病例均在用药后2～4天脱痴并形成肉芽组织，脱痴完整迅速，炎症反应轻微，全身反应亦轻，疼痛好转部分消失，植皮存活率高，无毒副作用。结论：MEBO是目前较为理想的Ⅲ°脱痴药物。
OBJECTIVE: In view of the fact that there is no ideal drug for detoxification at present, the author used MEBO for Ⅲ ° stupid to understand whether it has a good effect of dementia. The inflammatory reaction was slight, the systemic reaction was also mild, the pain disappeared partially, the skin graft survival rate was high, and no toxicity and side effects were found. Conclusion: MEBO is the ideal drug for Ⅲ ° withdrawal.
