Nixon said: “When Donna’s mother was 76 years old, she hopes to meet her son before she dies, and Fektuu is suffering from illness in prison and his loved ones hope he will return home soon.” Zhou Enlai, from a humanitarian perspective, He promised Nixon’s request and instructed the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant departments to release Donaldson and Fecteau respectively. Nixon praised Zhou Enlai as “one of the most talented diplomats in the world.” To know the inside story, have to start from scratch.
