篦子沟铜矿选矿厂使用φ3.2×3.1米球磨机与φ2.4米高堰式双螺旋分级机组成闭路磨矿流程。当日处理900~1000吨矿石时,磨矿细度只能达到-200目占60~65%,铜回收率95.40%。为了使磨矿细度达到-200目占70%以上,以提高选别指标,我们把φ3.2×3.1米球磨机加长,成为φ3.2×4.0米球磨机。实践表明,φ3.2×4.0米球磨机磨矿细度达到-200目占73%,回收率提高了0.63%,见下表。

On the same day, 900-1000 tons of ores were processed, and the fineness of grinding could only reach 60-65% with -200 mesh, and the recovery rate of copper was 95.40%. In order to make the grinding fineness of -200 mesh accounts for more than 70%, in order to improve the sorting index, we extend the φ3.2 × 3.1m ball mill into a φ3.2 × 4.0m ball mill. Practice shows that φ3.2 × 4.0 m ball mill fineness reached -200 mesh 73%, the recovery rate increased 0.63%, see the table below.
