涡喷—7和涡喷—13系列发动机中的导管(如图1),有的导管直径大于24毫米、厚度为1毫米,材料为1Crl8NTi9Ti.导管与管接嘴的钎接形状如图2.现行工艺是用火焰钎焊.由于管径粗,加之导管与管接嘴的厚度相差大,在钎接定位点焊时,管接嘴不易加热,火焰钎焊定位时因局部输入热量大,产生管接头和导管局部变形严重,导致钎焊定位后单面间隙在0.30~0.70毫米.
