采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等研究了GH 2984合金在750℃纯水蒸气中的氧化行为。探讨了瘤状/刀片状Cr_2O_3的形成原因及GH 2984合金在750℃纯水蒸气中的氧化机制。结果表明:GH 2984合金表面形成单一的Cr_2O_3膜,其中分布少量TiO_2。在氧化膜下方的金属基体尤其是其晶界处Ti、Al发生内氧化,分别形成TiO_2和Al_2O_3。合金的氧化动力学近似遵循抛物线规律。
The oxidation behavior of GH 2984 alloy in pure water vapor at 750 ℃ was studied by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The reasons for the formation of nodular / razor-like Cr 2 O 3 and the oxidation mechanism of GH 2984 alloy in pure water vapor at 750 ℃ were discussed. The results show that a single Cr 2 O 3 film is formed on the surface of GH 2984 alloy, in which a small amount of TiO 2 is distributed. The metal matrix under the oxide film, especially the Ti and Al at the grain boundaries, is internally oxidized to form TiO 2 and Al 2 O 3, respectively. The oxidation kinetics of the alloy follow the parabolic law.
