采访背景:中国之所以鼓励企业走向海外,原因是“中国这么大的国家,对海外石油矿产品等资源的依赖很高,中国寄希望企业开发海外资源,以保证2O年里,资源有一个稳定的供给”。另外,这些年中国制造业进步很快,但还缺少自己的品牌和销售渠道,出口多是委托生产(OTM)方式,中国希望有更多的、自己的跨国企业。中国目前有3000多亿美元外汇储备,如何让其发挥更大的作用,提高效益,也是鼓励企业走出去的原因。 但法国巴黎百富勤总经济师陈兴动认为现在中国的企业走出去仍存在很大的障碍,就是对国际市场调查研究不足,他们的研究力量现在还不足以研究国际市场和所在国市场。中国企业走出去,究竟应如何清醒理智地选择适合自己的拓展方式?我们请到著名经济学家——钟朋荣,他将从国内办厂与国外办厂;自己营销与他人营销;自创品牌与贴牌生产三方面谈谈自己的看法。
