近几年新疆油田在稠油井口伴热上试验了一种节能技术,取得了成功,并通过现场实际生产数据验证了其节能性,但该技术在理论计算蒸汽节约量上仍不完善。本文通过研究,建立了新型的稠油单井伴热模型,推导出了稠油单井伴热耗汽量的新型计算公式,使新疆油田稠油井伴热蒸汽流量自动控制节能技术趋于完善,为节能降耗做出了贡献。
In recent years, Xinjiang Oilfield has experimented with energy saving technology on the heat tracing of heavy oil wellhead and obtained the success. The energy saving was verified by field actual production data, but the technology is still not perfect in the theoretical calculation of steam saving. In this paper, a new type of single-well heat tracing model for heavy oil was established and a new formula for calculating the heat consumption of heavy oil single-well was deduced. The energy-saving technology of automatic control of the flow rate of traced steam in heavy oil wells in Xinjiang Oilfield tends to be perfect, To contribute to saving energy and reducing consumption.
