企业家选择是企业治理结构的核心。本文基于博弈论的思想方法,通过构建企业家选拔聘用的多阶段博弈模型,运用子博弈完美均衡概念分析指出企业治理结构的模式、特点和效率与所有制密切相关,重点研究我国社会主义市场经济条件下公有制企业经营管理人员的培养、选拔、聘任、激励和约束全过程中主要环节的基本特征、内在联系和机制设计,提出了全体劳动者都有资格成为企业家,并具有选择企业家的权力等有关企业家选择主体、对象、方法和机制的新观点,为解决长期困扰国有企业发展的根本性问题探索新的理论途径。
Entrepreneurial choice is the core of corporate governance structure.
