针对混凝土喷射机组在输送混凝土换向瞬间存在泵送流量损失的情况,通过实验分析了引起泵送流量损失的原因,提出利用最佳峰值电流追踪泵送流量损失的解决方案,建立了数学模型,并通过大量实验进一步验证了模型的正确性,在工程实际中消除了混凝土喷射在换向瞬间的间歇现象,保障了施工质量,所得结论对相关施工机械的电液控制系统工作性能的改善有指导意义。
Aiming at the loss of pumping flow in the concrete jetting unit in the moment of commutation of conveying concrete, the cause of pumping loss caused by pumping is experimentally analyzed. The solution of tracking the loss of pumping flow with the optimum peak current is put forward and the mathematical model is established. And through a large number of experiments to further verify the correctness of the model in the actual project to eliminate the intermittent phenomenon of concrete injection in the moment of commutation to protect the quality of construction, the conclusions of the relevant construction machinery to improve the performance of electro-hydraulic control system performance guidance significance.
