目的探讨三维增强磁共振血管成像(3DCE-MRA在)肝脏肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析、评估25例(39个病灶)经临床和/或病理证实的肝脏肿瘤患者MR影像资料。所有患者均行T1WI、T2WI平扫和动态3DCE-MR扫A描。结果肝细胞癌15例25个病灶,3DCE-MR于A动脉期病灶检出率较高,为92%(23/25)。肝内转移癌4例6个病灶和海绵状血管瘤4例6个病灶,则门静脉期检出率较高,均为100%。1例门静脉蔓状血管瘤于门静脉期显示清楚。结论3DCE-MR结A合三期动态增强图像观察,对病灶的检出率高于其它MRI序列,并能显示部分肿瘤的供血动脉和各类肿瘤的增强模式,具有较好的图像质量,能够成为肝脏内肿瘤病变有价值的诊断方法。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (3DCE-MRA) in the diagnosis of liver tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed to evaluate MR imaging data of 25 patients (39 lesions) with clinically and / or pathologically confirmed liver tumors. All patients underwent T1WI, T2WI plain scan and dynamic 3DCE-MR scan A scan. Results There were 25 lesions in 15 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma. The detection rate of 3DCE-MR in the arterial phase A was 92% (23/25). Intrahepatic metastases in 4 cases of 6 lesions and cavernous hemangioma in 4 cases of 6 lesions, the portal vein detection rate was higher, were 100%. 1 case of portal vein hemangioma in the portal vein phase clearly. Conclusions 3DCE-MR A combined with three-phase dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging shows that the detection rate of the lesions is higher than that of other MRI sequences and can show the enhancement modes of the part of the tumor’s feeding arteries and various types of tumors with good image quality Become a valuable diagnostic method for intrahepatic tumor lesions.
