大学生数量节节攀高,企业的招聘要求也水涨船高:学历、能力、经验,一个都不能少。当“从业经验”成为应届毕业生找工作的“软肋”时,实习就成为大学生增加经验提升能力从而获得就业机会的必经之路。然而,相比求职中的困难重重,大学生的实习也是问题多多。学生抱怨,找不到合适单位,没有明确目标,能力得不到快速提升;企业苦恼,招不到优秀人才,大学生不讲职业道德,影响团队效率;学校担心,学生实习安全得不到保障,出了问题也没人负责;学生、企业、高校缺乏有效沟通,传统形式上的大学生实习效果大打折扣……这一切无不说明,建立一个有效的大学生实习体系,已经势在必行。北京市高校毕业生就业指导中心在这方面已经做出了积极的探索。
