目的评价不同系统上检测的PCT结果的相关性及其在临床应用上的符合性。方法留取在梅里埃VIDAS免疫分析仪上检测浓度在0 ng/ml~200 ng/ml的PCT样本,按不同浓度依次分为1组(0.05 ng/ml~0.50 ng/ml)、2组(0.51 ng/ml~2.00 ng/ml)、3组(2.01 ng/ml~10.00 ng/ml)、4组(>10.00 ng/ml),在美国睿捷Nano-Checker 710免疫层析检测仪上检测PCT。并对两者检测的结果进行相关性和临床应用符合性分析。结果 2台仪器检测的数据总体具有良好的相关性(r=0.961 6),临床应用意义整体符合度为96%(48/50)。在低浓度1组和高浓度4组中,2台仪器的检测结果均具有良好的相关性(r值分别为0.866、0.983)和较高的临床应用意义的符合度(94.11%、100%);在中间浓度的2组和3组,尽管相关系数较低(r值分别为0.389、0.242),但具有较高的临床应用意义符合度(100%、90%)。结论 2台仪器上测量的PCT结果对临床具有相同的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the relevance of PCT results detected on different systems and their compliance with clinical practice. METHODS: PCT samples were collected on a Mieri VIDAS immunoassay system at a concentration of 0 ng / ml to 200 ng / ml. The samples were divided into 1 group (0.05 ng / ml to 0.50 ng / ml) and 2 groups ( 0.51 ng / ml ~ 2.00 ng / ml), 3 groups (2.01 ng / ml ~ 10.00 ng / ml) and 4 groups (> 10.00 ng / ml) were detected on a US Rieter Nano-Checker 710 immunochromatographic detector PCT. And the correlation between the two test results and clinical application of compliance analysis. Results The data of the two instruments showed a good overall correlation (r = 0.961 6). The overall clinical significance was 96% (48/50). In the low concentration group 1 and the high concentration group 4, the detection results of the two instruments had good correlation (r = 0.866,0.983, respectively) and high agreement (94.11%, 100%) for clinical significance In the middle concentration groups 2 and 3, the correlation coefficients (r = 0.389 and 0.222, respectively) were lower, but with a higher clinical significance (100%, 90%). Conclusion The PCT results measured on 2 instruments have the same clinical value.
