利用体外细胞培养技术及四唑盐比色法观察了牙周韧带细胞(PDLC)和牙龈成纤维细胞(GF)在体外生长、增殖的情况,用免疫荧光法观察了其细胞外基质表达的差异。结果显示GF较PDLC更容易成活,其增殖速度更快,且GF中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的表达均较PDLC强,提示在相同生长环境下,GF较PDLC可能有更强的生长能力。
The growth and proliferation of periodontal ligament cells (PDLCs) and gingival fibroblasts (GFs) in vitro were observed by in vitro cell culture technique and tetrazolium salt colorimetry. The differences of extracellular matrix expression were observed by immunofluorescence . The results showed that GF is more likely to survive than PDLC, its proliferation rate is faster, and the expression of type I and type III collagen in GF is stronger than that in PDLC, suggesting that GF may have stronger growth capacity than PDLC in the same growth environment.
