目的:对多花钩粉草和柳叶赛爵床进行显微特征研究,并为临床应用和进一步开发利用提供鉴别依据。方法:用常规显微技术观察组织构造和粉末特征。结果:多花钩粉草根横切面具髓部;茎横切面表皮具钟乳体,髓部发达;叶横切面栅栏组织穿过中脉上方;粉末中导管主为孔纹导管,棕色块多见,纤维壁厚。柳叶赛爵床根横切面皮层宽,内皮层具凯氏带,中间具髓部;茎横切面表皮具非腺毛及腺鳞,棱角处具厚角组织,具髓部;叶横切面中脉维管束3束。结论:以上特征为多花钩粉草和柳叶赛爵床的主要显微鉴别依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the micro-characteristics of the Hazelia arborescens and willow leaves, and provide identification basis for clinical application and further development and utilization. Methods: The microstructure and powder characteristics were observed using conventional microscopy.
