河北邯郸市是农业大市,全市857万总人口中,有近700万是农村人口,其中,农村富余劳动力约115万人,每年新增劳动力约10万人左右,就业形势十分严峻。解决农村劳动力就业问题已成为增加农民收入、促进农村经济发展、保持社会稳定的当务之急。我们深入分析当前就业形势,针对我市就业岗位极其有限的实际,把统筹城乡一体化就业新格局,下大力抓好农村劳动力输出工作,并使之向产业化方向发展,作为解决农村就业问题的重要途径。今年1-9月份,全市富余劳动力向非农转移61.1万人,完成年任务的244%,输出劳务46.7万人次,完成年任务的222。如何促进农村劳务输出向产业化方向发展,这里我们谈几点粗浅体会。
