沉淀硬化的量化研究是一项富有挑战性的课题,因为它需要沉淀强化机制和沉淀长大/粗化动力学方面的综合知识。近年来这一课题在理论上少有突破,且作者发现许多现有概念和改进理论甚至有时被忽视或误用。本文将对尚未完全叙述清楚或是被误用的一些问题进行论述。该课题最新的进展是已经能够精确测定平衡沉淀颗粒的体积分数及颗粒间距,其中考虑了沉淀物体积分数对沉淀粗化和硬化动力学的影响,从而可用更精确的方式进行沉淀硬化量化的研究。另外,本文也讨论了在商用合金系中执行沉淀强化量化时遇到的一些困难。若要进一步提高沉淀硬化量化的准确性,必须采用最新的有关位错—沉淀相互作用的理论。
Quantification of precipitation hardening is a challenging topic as it requires a combination of precipitation hardening mechanisms and precipitation / growth / coarsening kinetics. In recent years, there have been few theoretical breakthroughs in this subject, and the authors find that many existing concepts and improvements are sometimes even ignored or misused. This article will deal with some issues that are not fully described or misused. Recent advances in this topic have allowed the accurate determination of the volume fraction and particle spacing of the equilibrium precipitated particles, taking into account the influence of the volume fraction of the precipitates on the precipitation coarsening and the hardening kinetics so that a more accurate way of quantification of precipitation hardening . In addition, this article also discusses some of the difficulties encountered when performing precipitation hardening quantification in commercial alloy systems. To further improve the accuracy of precipitation hardening quantification, the latest theory of dislocation-precipitation interactions must be adopted.
