所谓企业职工绩效考核是在符合企业发展方向的标准下定制的,对于职工的日常行为和职业表现进行的一种客观性评价。评价结果有利于指导职工对工作绩效产生积极地引导和管理,从而保证组织绩效顺利达成。企业在不断变化的体制下由传统的委任制转为招聘制,所以,职工绩效考核是确保制度能平稳运行的基础保障。企业的人事制度也进行了相应的改革,在这种过程中对于激发职工的积极性和职业素质的提高有着非凡的意义。
