高职师资管理对高校教学质量的提高和学校竞争力的增强具有重要意义。高校师资是一种特殊的人力资源,它除了具有一般人力资源所具有的特点外,还具有智力性、时效性、连续性和两重性的特点。为此,高职院校必须创新人力资源管理机制,改革选拔用人制度,科学合理的配置人力资源,加强对教师的培训,提高教师的综合素质;应建立完善的激励机制。
The management of higher vocational teachers is of great significance to the improvement of teaching quality and the enhancement of school competitiveness. Teachers in colleges and universities are a kind of special human resources, which not only have the characteristics of general human resources, but also have the characteristics of intelligence, timeliness, continuity and duality. To this end, vocational colleges must innovate human resources management mechanism, reform and selection of employment system, scientific and rational allocation of human resources, strengthen teacher training, improve the overall quality of teachers; should establish a sound incentive mechanism.
