一个产品由许多原材料、零部件组成,产品的质量好坏直接与其组成息息相关,而这些原材料、零部件往往有许多向组织以外的供方进行采购,要提高组织产品的质量,落实到如何控制采购,确保所采购原材料、零部件满足组织产品所需的要求关键是如何进行有效的控制,成为许多企业的难点。笔者根据实际经验就目的、范围、组织各部门的职责、供方的选择评价、供方管理、采购资料的要求、采购产品的验证等方面加以描述,以供参考。现以空调用电机产品为例,生产企业的组织机构如下:
