幼儿园主题课程网络图设计是幼师生需要实践学习和逐步培养的一项职业能力,在利用教室墙面为平台练习实践的过程中,采取分阶段递进式培养方法:第一阶段是超学科式主题知识网络图的设计,第二阶段是学科式主题课程网络图的设计。主题课程网络图设计的培养顺应了幼教岗位对幼师生职业能力的需求,同时也发挥了环境创设的教育功能和审美功能,为幼师生职业能力的培养拓展了多层次、多方位的空间。
