Based on the basic principle of cross-correlation factor and absolute difference algorithm and Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensor, the feasibility of detecting the wavefront error by using the relevant Hartmann-Shaff wavefront sensor is studied based on the simulation of solar rice grain structure under low contrast. The results show that the relevant Hartmann Shark wavefront sensor can effectively detect the optical wavefront error
