1983年11月30日~12月4日机械工业部重型矿山机械工业局主持召开了由西安重型机械研究所负责组织修订的《水压机零部件标准》技术审查会。这次会议审查通过的标准,在技术上多数元件达先进国家水平,少数元件已达世界先进水平;在项目上包括了水压机设备操纵系统和水泵-蓄势器系统90%以上的液压元件和附件,标准项目总数达82项。以乳化液为传动介质的(《水压机零部件标准》,有如此之多之全的项目,至今尚未看到国外的有关报道。有此标准,对于设计一台水压机设备来说,在其传动控制系统基本回路确定后,就基本上变成为一个正确选定标准件的问题。这将可大大减少设计工作量,缩短设计周期;采用标准元件发展的产品,产品质量、性能亦能予以保证;相应地产品投产使用后,维修工作量亦可大大减少。本标准将在全行业范围内贯彻执行,它不仅可用于锻压设备中的各类水压机,而且也可用于以乳化液为传动介质的其它水压传动设备。为便于各设计、制造、使用部门了解,本刊特组织这篇主要介绍《水压机零部件》标准范围、特点的文章。
