功能性体能训练近年来在竞技体育领域受到了“膜拜式”的欢迎,被广泛应用于体操、排球、跆拳道等项目。文章通过对6名女子摔跤运动员进行8周二阶段的功能性体能训练,对其训练前后的体能数据比较,探讨功能性体能训练对运动员竞技能力的影响,结果显示:8周的功能性体能训练(功能性力量训练为主)对青少年女子摔跤运动员的功能性力量提高明显,对其竞技能力提高的作用很大。为该项目运动员和教练员提供有益参考。
Functional fitness training in recent years in the field of competitive sports has been “film ” welcome, is widely used in gymnastics, volleyball, Taekwondo and other projects. In this paper, six female wrestlers were subjected to 8-week functional physical training for eight weeks. The physical performance data before and after training were compared to explore the impact of functional physical training on athletic performance.
