放射治疗是脑肿瘤的一种重要的辅助疗法,对原发的或继发的颅内肿瘤均有一定疗效,但单纯放疗治疗脑干肿瘤文献报道较少,现将我院于1971年3月～1988年3月行单纯放疗的脑干肿瘤7例分析如下。 材料与方法:本组共7例,男性5例,女性2例。发病年龄15～44岁。临床诊断资料:1例手术活检病理报告为星形细胞瘤Ⅰ级,余6例均未手术,但经定向气脑明确诊断者3例,头颅CT扫描确诊3例。
Radiation therapy is an important adjunctive therapy for brain tumors, and it has certain curative effect on primary or secondary intracranial tumors. However, radiotherapy alone is rarely used in the treatment of brain stem tumors. Now it is our hospital in March 1971. From March to March 1988, 7 cases of brain stem tumors with radiotherapy alone were analyzed as follows. Materials and Methods: There were 7 cases in this group, 5 males and 2 females. The age of onset is 15 to 44 years old. Clinical diagnostic data: 1 case of surgical biopsy pathology reported astrocytoma grade I, the remaining 6 cases were not operated, but the definitive diagnosis of gas-brain in 3 cases, 3 cases confirmed by head CT scan.
