目的对某家具制造厂职业病危害防护措施及其控制效果进行评价。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查法、检测检验法进行定性和定量评价。结果该建设项目生产过程中存在木粉尘、甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、噪声等职业危害因素。结论该建没项目采用毒性较小的原料和先进的生产工艺及合理的防护设施,有效地降低了职业病危害因素对劳动者健康的影响,基本符合国家相关法律、法规、规范和标准的要求。
Objective To evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards in a furniture factory and their control effects. Methods The method of on-the-spot occupational hygiene survey and test method were used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results There were occupational hazards such as wood dust, formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene and noise in the production process of this project. Conclusion This project has adopted less toxic raw materials, advanced production technology and reasonable protective facilities to effectively reduce the impact of occupational hazards on the health of laborers and basically meets the requirements of the relevant state laws, regulations, norms and standards.
