众所周知,法学专业是一门应用性极强的学科,只有理解法的真谛,掌握法律运行的规律才能达到法学素质教育的真正目的。但是在现有的法学教育中仍然存在重理论学习,轻实践运用的现象,这也直接导致在课程体系的设置中实践教学环节仅仅处于一个从属地位。我校法学专业课程体系虽然加入了实践教学环节,但仍然存在诸多问题,只有进一步完善课程体系,才能实现培养应用性法律人才的教学目标。
As we all know, the law major is a highly applied subject, and only by understanding the true meaning of the law and grasping the law of legal operation can we reach the real goal of legal education. However, there still exists the phenomenon of rehearsing theoretical study and applying lightly in the existing legal education, which directly leads to the fact that the practice of teaching is only a subordinate position in the setting of the curriculum system. Although the course system of law major in our university has joined the practical teaching, there are still many problems. Only by further improving the course system can we achieve the teaching goal of training applied legal talents.
