石油石化企业重组改制后，上市公司主营业务突出，盈利能力显著增强。但若满足现状，裹足不前，不进一步重组减员，将很难增加新的盈利空间，也不利真正走向国际市场。应按照“精干主业、突出核心业务”的原则进行新一轮的业务、资产、结构、人员和债权债务等方面的重组，把不适合在上市公司的非核心业务成建制地分离，以达到轻装上阵、减员增效的目的。
After the reorganization and restructuring of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, the main business of listed companies is outstanding with the profitability remarkably enhanced.
