石油石化企业重组改制后,上市公司主营业务突出,盈利能力显著增强。但若满足现状,裹足不前,不进一步重组减员,将很难增加新的盈利空间,也不利真正走向国际市场。应按照“精干主业、突出核心业务”的原则进行新一轮的业务、资产、结构、人员和债权债务等方面的重组,把不适合在上市公司的非核心业务成建制地分离,以达到轻装上阵、减员增效的目的。
After the reorganization and restructuring of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, the main business of listed companies is outstanding with the profitability remarkably enhanced. However, if the status quo is to be met and the economy is unable to increase its capitals without further reorganization and downsizing, it will be very difficult to add new profit-making space to the international market.
