基于关联气相色谱分离度和Kovats保留指数的West和Hall方程式,实验验证了根据Kovats保留指数实测值和文献值预测分离和选择固定相的可能性。在异三十碳烷、DC710、聚乙二醇20000(PEG20M)和1,2,3,4,5,6-六(氰乙氧基)已烷(HKH)等四种固定相上,求取了West和Hall方程式的常数a和b。对已知组成的人工混合物进行的气相色谱分离表明,实验结果和理论计算得到的预测值一致。
Based on the West and Hall equations of correlation gas chromatographic resolution and Kovats retention index, the possibility of predicting separation and selection of stationary phases based on the Kovats retention index and literature values was experimentally demonstrated. On the four stationary phases of iso-squalane, DC710, polyethylene glycol 20000 (PEG20M) and 1,2,3,4,5,6-hexa (cyanoethoxy) hexane The constants a and b of the West and Hall equations are taken. Gas chromatographic separation of artificial mixtures of known composition showed that the experimental results were in agreement with the theoretically calculated predictions.
