互惠学习在开展老年课堂教学过程中,对改变传统的课堂教学模式有积极作用。探究老年课堂教学,聚焦老年学习者的互惠学习,能在一定程度上改进老年课堂教学的策略,提高老年课堂教学的质量,推动老年教育的发展。文章通过阐述互惠学习的内涵,分析老年教学课堂中互惠学习的特征及基本表现形式,从而提出推进师生、生生互惠学习过程中应注意的若干要领。
Reciprocal learning plays an active role in changing the traditional classroom teaching model in the process of teaching senior citizens. Exploring seniors ’classroom teaching and focusing on the reciprocal learning of senior learners can improve the strategy of seniors’ classroom teaching to a certain extent, improve the quality of seniors ’classroom teaching and promote the development of seniors’ education. By expounding the connotation of reciprocal learning and analyzing the characteristics and basic forms of reciprocal learning in senior teaching classes, the article puts forward some essentials that should be paid attention to in promoting the mutual learning between students and students.
