对某化工厂长期从事苯的氨基硝基化合物及酚钠作业工人做全血高铁血红蛋白定量测定。结果表明:在低浓度(有关毒物浓度不超过国家标准)环境中从事硝基苯、对硝基氯苯、二硝基氯苯、酚钠作业的男性工人的高铁血红蛋白含量与对照组相近,而女工高铁血红蛋白含量却明显高于同等条件下的男工,两者均数差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);从事苯胺作业的男、女工的高铁血红蛋白含量均高于对照组,且女工高于男工。结果还表明高铁血红蛋白含量与从事该类化合物作业工龄无关。

The contents of methemoglobin in male workers and female workers in aniline operation were significantly higher than those in control group For male workers. The results also show that the content of methemoglobin engaged in the work of such compounds has nothing to do with the length of service.
