我们在一个偶然的机会,发现大白鼠腹部迷走神经干中含有较多的儿茶酚胺(CA)细胞。为进一步肯定其存在、分布、形态和性质,我们用改良的蔗糖磷酸盐乙醛酸法对20只成年、体重约250克大白鼠的迷走神经颈。胸和腹段的压片及少数恒冷箱切片标本进行处理,用荧光显微镜观察。除了看到颈、胸和腹部各段迷走神经干中均含有肾上腺素能纤维外,在颈至腹段的全长迷走神经干内观察到CA细胞和神经元。在压片标本上,它们多为梭形、卵圆或梨状,散在或成群分布于迷走神经干内,少数CA强荧光细胞群与迷走神经紧紧贴附在一起,可见有由此发出的肾上腺素能纤维加入迷走神经干里走行。这表明在迷走神经干里的肾上腺
By chance, we found more catecholamine (CA) cells in the vagus nerve in the abdomen of rats. To further confirm its existence, distribution, morphology and nature, we used a modified sucrose phosphate glyoxylate method to detect the vagus nerve neck of 20 adult, weighing 250 g rats. Chest and abdominal sections of the tablet and a small number of constant cold box section specimens were processed by fluorescence microscopy.
