Objective To study the effect of seaweed polysaccharide on the expression of TNF-a and VEGF in mouse model of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and to analyze its clinical value. Methods The implanted mouse model of H22 hepatoma cell line was inoculated by intragastric administration of large, medium and small doses of seaweed polysaccharides on the growth of tumor cells in vivo. The positive group was given Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide and the model control group was given the same volume 0.9% sodium chloride injection. The effect of ELISA on the content of TNF-a and VEGF in peripheral blood serum of mice with liver cancer. Results The polysaccharides of seaweed had inhibitory effects on the growth of hepatocarcinoma cells, which could increase the levels of TNF-α and decrease the content of VEGF in peripheral blood of mice with hepatocellular carcinoma. Conclusion Seaweed polysaccharide can inhibit the proliferation and proliferation of cancer cells in mice with hepatocellular carcinoma in vivo.
