七十年代,我国电工产品环境技术已经从热带“三防”(防湿、防霉、防盐雾)发展到全面的环境试验技术。 跨入八十年代的第二年,以国际电工委员会(IEC)有关标准为蓝本的我国的全套环境试验方法国家标准的制订工作,业已完成,即将公布贯彻执行。 在电工行业,环境试验技术正在从过去的主要用于“援外”产品的状况,逐步过渡为在出口的和国内用的普通型产品上广为应用。 在所有这些方面,我们和世界先进水平的差距正在逐步缩小。 这里打算对八十年代我国电工产品环境技术面临的若干问题,提出几点粗浅的看法。 一、电工产品环境技术是现代环境科学的重要组成部分 环境科学是一门新兴的学科,近廿年来在一些发
In the 1970s, the environmental technology of China’s electrical products has developed from the tropical “three defenses” (moisture proofing, mold proofing, and salt spray prevention) to comprehensive environmental testing techniques. In the second year of the 1980s, the formulation of a set of national standards for environmental testing methods based on the relevant standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) has been completed and will be announced and implemented. In the electrician industry, environmental testing technology is gradually transitioning from the past mainly used for “foreign aid” products to the widespread application of common products for export and domestic use. In all of these aspects, the gap between us and the world’s advanced level is gradually narrowing. Here I intend to put forward some superficial views on several issues facing the environmental technology of China’s electrical products in the 1980s. First, the environmental technology of electrotechnical products is an important part of modern environmental science. Environmental science is an emerging discipline and has been developed in recent years.
