思想政治工作的目的是调动员工的积极性,使员工焕发出自觉的工作热情；只有员工们焕发出自觉的工作热情,才有企业的繁荣发展。如何让员工为企业发展自觉自愿地做出自己的贡献?我认为,企业领导者坚持以人为本的原则,在管理员工、教育员工的过程中尊重员工,尊重他们的人格,尊重他们的需求,承认他们的价值,这样才能提高工作效果。具体讲应着重注意以下几点：
