20世纪90年代中期前,广丰经济发展势头强劲,被评为江西省经济发展“十强县”。然而,广丰的教育发展却步入低谷,教师外流严重,有300多名优秀教师到江浙一带打工;学生厌学逃学,考试舞弊成风;教育教学质量连年滑坡,在上饶市位居后列,经济强县没有成为教育强县。在一些学校,干与不干一个样,干多干少一个样,干好干坏一个样,在个别学校有人甚至不在岗照样可以领工资。 Before the mid-1990s, Guangfeng enjoyed a strong economic development and was rated as the “Top Ten Counties” for economic development in Jiangxi Province. However, the development of Guangfeng’s education has reached a low point, and the outflow of teachers is serious.
