上海市侨友进修学院宾馆部于1987年经市旅游局、黄浦区教育局批准设立宾馆服务和烹饪专业。1997年经劳动部门批准开设就业预备制培训班。十余年来为社会培养了九千多名旅游服务专业人才。该院与上海市各大宾馆和酒店等旅游服务业单位建立了广泛的业务合作关系。多年来先后向静安希尔顿、锦沧文华、波特曼、喜来登豪达太平洋、浦东香格里拉、新亚汤臣、兰生大酒店、静安宾馆、文艺宾馆、梅陇镇集团等单位输送了一大批合格的旅游业人才。
