1987年7月12~14日冶金部在宝钢组织了“矫直辊CAD/CAM 系统一和“BGCAD 图形系统”两项成果鉴定会。“矫直辊CAD/CAM 系统”是专为解决宝钢钢管厂矫直辊的修复、加工而研制的微机CAD/CAM 系统。系统根据矫直辊辊面曲线的生成理论,用计算机辅助设计(CAD)和计算机辅助制造(CAM),将辊面曲线的设计和数控编程综合在一起,实现了从设计到加工的一体化。系统具有辊型曲线设计,数控编程,斜轧角计算、加工仿真和自动绘图等功能。系统提供的斜轧角调整表和调整曲线对现场有指导意义,可缩短实际调整时间,保证矫直质量,与会
