领导班子集中换届是政治生活的一个重要部分,其规范性严肃性和有效性影响到一个地方经济社会的发展。2016年是恩施州县乡换届年,部分干部于2017年3月到恩施州委党校参加培训,借此机会,我们对参训学员进行了调研,主要采取问卷与访谈的方式,以测试这部分干部的对此次换届、恩施州的政治生态、新岗位和自身能力的认知与态度。调研反应出新进班子的成员精神饱满,在德与才方面的自我评价良好,对新的岗位及恩施州的发展充满信心。我们需要做的是如何完善干部的日常管理中,让他们永保“初心”。
Centralized leadership is an important part of political life, and its normative seriousness and effectiveness affect the development of a local economy and society. 2016 is the year of Enshi Prefecture County and county. In March 2017, some cadres took part in the training to the Enshi Prefecture Party School. With this opportunity, we conducted a survey on the trainees, mainly using questionnaires and interviews to test this part The cadres’ understanding of and attitudes towards the current election, the political ecology of Enshi Prefecture, the new post and its own capabilities. The survey reflects that the newly recruited members are full of energy, good self-evaluation in respect of morality and talent, and full of confidence in the new posts and the development of Enshi Prefecture. What we need to do is how to improve the daily management of cadres so that they will never lose their “initial mind.”
