用反相高效液相色谱技术分离和测定了7种烷基取代酚、多酚的烷基取代物.经比较不同流动相体系的分离效果,选用三元流动相体系甲醇:乙腈:水最为理想.测定了几种酚类化合物的定量校正因子,确定了不同反应条件下得到的几种酚类混合物样品中各组分的质量百分比.同时获得了在一定的实验条件下,烷基取代酚的 lnk′_1 与碳数 n 间存在着良好的线性关系,lnk′_2 与二元流动相(甲醇:水)的百分比之间也有较好的线性关系.
