理论计算了三种不同规格BGO晶体对于137Cs0.662MeVγ射线的探测效率;;并用GEANT4进行了MonteCarlo模拟;;计算值与实验中光电倍增管测得的值进行了比较;;给出了不同规格晶体对γ射线探测效率的区别;;三者趋势基本一致。最后用Ba、22Na、137Cs和Co源测量了BGO探测元的能量线性;;三种晶体对Cs133601370.662MeVγ射线的能量分辨分别为18.12%、18.08%和18.12%。
The efficiency of detection of 137Cs0.662 MeVγ rays by three different kinds of BGO crystals was calculated theoretically. MonteCarlo simulation was performed with GEANT4. The calculated values were compared with the values measured by photomultiplier tubes in different specifications. The difference between the efficiency of γ-ray detection; the three trends are basically the same. Finally, the energetic linearity of the BGO detector was measured by Ba, 22Na, 137Cs and Co sources. The energy resolution of Cs133601370.662MeVγray was 18.12%, 18.08% and 18.12% respectively for the three kinds of crystals.
