15例烧伤和整形患者手术中使用M-200氩气增强电刀进行操作,临床效果较好。其特点:1、止血效果可靠,微细血管渗血较少,非搏动性血管一次止血成功率达90%,手术失血量可减少40～50%,无皮下积血现象。2、氩离子弧对组织有轻微损伤,但不影响植皮成活和创口愈合。3、手术时间明显缩短,降低了麻醉风险和后遗效应。
