中国城市煤气协会第三次会员代表大会于1995年10月30日～11月2日在沪召开。出席此次大会的有来自全国29个省、市、自治区近400名会员代表。香港地区也派代表参加了会议。 会前在北京召开了常务理事扩大会,就此次大会的议程、理事候选名单、协会章程修改及理事会换届各项事宜进行了酝酿。储传亨理事长就理事会换届发表了讲话。 第三次会员代表大会由储传亨理事长主持,会上李龙龄副理事长代表东道主致欢迎词,上海市市政府副秘书长陈正兴到会讲话,对与会代表表示热烈欢迎。会议听取了常务副理事长李秀作的第二届理事会工作报告。会上向代表们汇报了财务收支状况;作了关于协会章程条文修改草案的说明和第三届理事会组成方案建议的说明;会上还表扬了会费交纳好的96个 The 3rd member congress of the China City Gas Association was held in Shanghai from October 30th to November 2nd, 1995. At the conference, there were nearly 400 member representatives from 29 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country. Representatives from Hong Kong also attended the meeting. Before the meeting, an executive council enlargement meeting was held in Beijing. The agenda for the conference, the candidate list for the council, the revision of the association’s constitution, and the change of the council were discussed. President Chu Chuanheng gave a speech on the change of board of directors. The Third Member Congress was chaired by President Chu Chuanheng. At the meeting, Vice Chairman Li Longling delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the host. The Deputy Secretary-General of Shanghai Municipal Government Chen Zhengxing addressed the meeting and extended a warm welcome to the participants. The meeting heard the second session of the Council’s work report of Executive Vice President Li Xiuju. At the meeting, they reported to the deputies on the status of financial revenues and expenditures, made explanations on the amendments to the articles of association of the Association and explanations on the proposals for the composition of the third session of the Board of Directors; at the meeting, they also praised 96 well-paid contributions.
