设计了一种双程抽运可调谐光参量振荡器(OPO)。利用1.065μm单频脉冲光纤激光器抽运周期性畴极化掺镁铌酸锂晶体(MgO…PPLN),采用反射式布拉格体光栅压窄振荡信号光,将闲频光的谱宽从自由振荡时的38nm压窄到0.42nm,并将振荡阈值降低至6.7 W,从而获得了高转换效率的中红外激光输出。通过调节体光栅的角度和温度,实现了闲频光230GHz的调谐输出;当闲频光输出功率为2.5 W时,其水平方向和垂直方向的光束质量因子分别为1.8和1.9。
A two-way pump tunable optical parametric oscillator (OPO) is designed. Periodic domain-doped MgO ... PPLN was pumped by a 1.065μm single-frequency pulsed fiber laser, and the signal was suppressed by using a reflective Bragg grating grating. The spectrum width of idler spectrum was changed from free-oscillation 38nm narrow to 0.42nm, and the oscillation threshold is reduced to 6.7 W, resulting in high conversion efficiency of the mid-infrared laser output. By adjusting the angle and temperature of the volume grating, the tunable output of idler light at 230 GHz was achieved. When the idler output power was 2.5 W, the horizontal and vertical beam quality factors were 1.8 and 1.9, respectively.
