目的:探讨中职《疾病康复》教学中引入真实病人案例教学法的必要性。方法:以我校2013级康复治疗技术专业1班与专业2班学生作为研究对象,其中专业1班采用传统教学方法,专业2班在此基础上引入真实病人的案例教学法,以自制问卷与教学效果为标准评价教学效果。结果:引入真实病人的案例教学法得到学生广泛欢迎,观察组学生考试成绩普遍高于对照组学生(P<0.05),差异显著具有统计学意义。结论:中职《疾病康复》教学中应用引入真实病人的案例教学法具有较好的教学效果,可以有效培养学生临床思维能力,强化学生学习兴趣与信息,具有实际推广价值。
Objective: To explore the necessity of introducing the case teaching method of real patient in the teaching of disease rehabilitation in secondary vocational school. Methods: Taking class 1 and class 2 students of Grade 2013 Rehabilitation Therapy Class of our school as research object, one of them took traditional teaching methods and the other two classes on the basis of the case teaching method of real patients. With self-made questionnaire and Teaching effectiveness as a standard evaluation of teaching effectiveness. Results: The case teaching method of introducing real patients was widely welcomed by students. The score of students in observation group was generally higher than that of students in control group (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The case teaching method of introducing real patients in the teaching of rehabilitation of secondary vocational school has a good teaching effect, which can effectively cultivate students ’ability of clinical thinking, enhance students’ interest and information in learning, and has practical promotion value.
