目的:探讨小肠克隆氏病和小肠腺癌中骨形态发生蛋白7(BMP7),WNT2的表达及其与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的关系。方法:选取广州市中西医结合医院2000年1月-2014年12月病理科确诊的人小肠标本54例进行分组分析,其中,小肠腺癌标本22例,为小肠腺癌组;小肠克隆氏病标本15例,为克隆氏病组;正常小肠标本17例,为正常对照组。观察免疫组化检测BMP7,WNT2在不同标本中的表达水平;检测PCNA的表达水平;根据阳性细胞的比率和染色强度进行半定量评分;试剂携带阳性片作为阳性对照,PBS液作为一抗为阴性对照。结果:BMP7在小肠腺癌组中的表达明显升高,且与PCNA呈显著正相关,说明BMP7在小肠腺癌的发生发展中有着重要作用,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);WNT2在小肠腺癌中的表达明显升高,且与PCNA表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:BMP7,WNT2与PCNA在小肠腺癌中的关系十分密切,在临床上有着重要的意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression of bone morphogenetic protein 7 (BMP7), Wnt2 and its relationship with proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in small intestine Crohn’s disease and small intestine adenocarcinoma. Methods: Fifty-four patients with pathologically diagnosed small intestine from January 2000 to December 2014 in Guangzhou Integrative Medicine Hospital were divided into groups. Among them, 22 cases of small intestine adenocarcinoma were small intestine adenocarcinoma, small intestine Crohn’s disease Specimens in 15 cases, Crohn’s disease group; 17 cases of normal small intestine specimens for the normal control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of BMP7 and WNT2 in different samples. The expression level of PCNA was detected. The semi-quantitative score was calculated according to the ratio of positive cells and the staining intensity. Positive samples were carried by the reagent as positive control. Control. Results: The expression of BMP7 in small intestinal adenocarcinoma group was significantly increased, and was positively correlated with PCNA, indicating that BMP7 plays an important role in the development of small intestinal adenocarcinoma. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). The expression of WNT2 in small intestinal adenocarcinoma was significantly increased, which was positively correlated with PCNA expression (P <0.05). Conclusion: The relationship between BMP7, WNT2 and PCNA in small intestinal adenocarcinoma is very close and has clinical significance.
